Gift Basket Gifting wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, let us know and we will make it right! We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
FOOD PRODUCTS & SUBSTITUTION
*Due to supply/demand and/or weather conditions in ship-to address locality, Gift Basket Gifting reserves the right to substitute a food product of equal or greater value with no additional charge to you. We do not ship chocolates during warm weather months. We will not, however, ever substitute a basket or container.
**If for any reason, you would like to substitute a food product, let us know and we will make every effort to accommodate your request.
***All of our food products and spa products are packaged by the manufacturer...We never repackage any items.
RETURNS
Gift Basket Gifting does not accept returns of food products. This is done to protect the integrity of our quality control. If an item does not meet your standards, please let us know, and we will remedy the problem through either a replacement or refund/credit.

Gift Basket Gifting will not ship to P.O. Boxes.
We will not be responsible for an incorrect address provided for a ship-to address.
